2008-07-15T14:27:27-05:00 <p>Mei Ling Chen, M.D. is an experienced pathologist who was a Research Professor in the Dept. of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and Director of the Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope (CLSM) Core Facility at the <a href="http://www.unmc.edu/">University of Nebraska Medical Center</a>. She is experienced in CLSM and electron microscopy, immunohistochemistry and in-situ hybridization. She is also an expert in molecular biology techniques including PCR, RT-PCR, DNA cloning and sequencing. She has published more than 80 papers in peer reviewed journals. Her major research interest is concentrated in prostate cancer. </p> <p> She is available for LSM 510 demonstrations, scanning service, scanning assistance, training new users, consultation on fluorescence staining, in-situ hybridization and PCR in-situ.
