Overview
The Biacore T100 is the most up to date surface plasmon resonance instrument (SPR ) available for real time monitoring of protein-protein interactions and protein-small molecule interactions. The T100 enables the measurement of binding affinity and binding kinetics, concentration determinations, binding specificity analyses and epitope mapping. In contrast to other methods used to study binding interactions, SPR requires less sample and is rapid, sensitive and label free.
You must be trained before you use the Biacore T100. The instrument is available for investigator-operated or investigated-assisted use.
