Flow Cytometry Service Scheduling

Principal Investigators that have registered and have been issued RRC account number(s) may schedule appointments to use the Beckman Coulter EPICS Elite, the BD LSR, the DakoCytomation MoFlo, DakoCytomation CyAn, or the Miltenyi Biotec AutoMACS magnetic bead sorter by calling Karen Hagen/Jewell Graves at 312-996-2775. Reserving time for the BD FACsCalibur can be made by signing a logbook located next to the instrument.

• All appointments are made on a first-come/first-served basis.
• As a general rule, reservations for instrument time should be acquired 3 days in advance.
• A one week notice should be made for sorting due to the extra time needed for the sort setup.
• To avoid setup charges for sorting or multi-laser alignment, cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to the appointment.
